Position - Senior Business Analyst
Job description:
Role –
The MIS resource is responsible to prepare reports & dashboards on periodic basis and share them with process owners and stake holders. Work on automation of reports to improve productivity of the team.
Responsibilities –
•Ensure that the team prepares reports and dashboard regularly with optimum accuracy
•Fulfill all adhoc requirements to management by sending reports/data whenever requested
•Develop automated reporting tools to improve efficiency of the team and the process
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity in everything that is reported to leadership/non-leadership teams
•Provide data within defined/ agreed timelines
•Adding value to the organization by identifying root cause
•To work with the team to achieve common goals and targets
•Participate in team activities
•Developing a highly engaged workforce resulting in high performance and high team retention
•Ensuring continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients, mail etiquettes
•Ensuring adherence to people related policies/ procedures. Maintaining integrity, Discipline and confidentiality
•Participate in process improvement and waste reduction strategies at process and organizational levels
•Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
To adhere to the company policies and guidelines (HR policies, Administration guidelines, Shop Floor Norms, Leave Policy and Compliance policy etc.).
